DELIVERY

Delivery Period - The Big Swing Company will endeavor to dispatch all standard Big Swings for mainland UK delivery, on the day of any orders received provided orders are place before 3pm.

The Big Swing Company will use reputable courier companies, best suited to the point of delivery.

In the event that your Big Swing cannot be dispatched within this period, we will contact you immediately and let you the reason for the delay, and the expected delivery period.

What happens if you are not in to accept delivery? - Courier companies ask for deliveries to be signed for, so if you are not in when they try to deliver, a card will be left at the delivery address, advising you to contact the local depot to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you wish to accept delivery without signature, please contact us for further information.

Please note:   The Big Swing Company cannot accept responsibility for goods that are left without signature at customer's request.

Delivery - Delivery charges shown are applicable to Mainland UK (England, Wales, Isle of Wight and most of Scotland).  Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles and some parts of Northern Scotland can be arranged but is subject to additional charges.  You will be notfied of any additional delivery charge prior to your order being dispatched.

REFUND REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

Any components or Big Swings that are not faulty may be returned within 14 days from receipt. The cost of the component / Big Swing will be refunded, so long as the component, packaging and the labels are not damaged. The return postage will not be refunded.

If any of the components or packaging is received back in a damaged state, then The Big Swing Company reserves the right to withold a percentage of the refund value.

This returns policy only applies to Big Swings purchased via our website or by telephone, not to those items purchased from our retail outlets, where the Big Swings can be inspected prior to purchase.

The Big Swing Company fully respect our customers privacy . Any information will be collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We need to take details of your personal data in order to accept payment, and in order to arrange safe delivery. We will not provide your personal details to ANY third party without your permission.
